 Eagle Ridge Apartments were designed with retired couples or
individuals in mind. In addition to our retired tenants Eagle
Ridge has become popular with couples, families and individuals
who are looking for a quiet more private place to live.
There are 22 buildings with four apartments in each one. The
big difference is that each apartment has its own front door,
patio and utility room.
At Eagle Ridge Apartments you can enjoy the park like setting
with flowers blooming and park benches around the open green
space of the private circle. There are no walks to shovel, no
lawn to mow, and no maintenance effort or costs.
All apartments are ground floor, with your own private
entrance; there are no common hallways or stairs to climb.
Although all the apartments have the same general floor plan,
each apartment has its own “personality”.
The doors, windows and patios may be laid out differently,
some apartments have more or less direct sun light. Whenever
possible, we try to please everyone’s needs by showing a variety
of available apartments.
There are 22 units with 4 apartments per unit, 88 apartments
total.
