Can I bring my pet with me to my new home?
Yes! Cats are allowed, Eagle Ridge Apartments leases do not allow dogs, however exceptions have been made for smaller dogs.

Who owns these apartments and how long have they existed?

Eagle Ridge Apartments has always been owned and operated by the same family since the 1960’s.

In which school district is Eagle Ridge Apartments?

Eagle Ridge Apartments is located in the West Irondequoit school district.

Security

We believe that the fact that each apartment has its own door to the outside and there are no common hallways or laundry rooms significantly increases the security and safety of our tenants.

Although we have had very few problems over the years, we have taken numerous steps to increase security throughout Eagle Ridge Apartments Lighting on poles have been added throughout the circle Peepholes and deadbolts were installed in the doors Motion lights were installed on some buildings There is no soliciting permitted on the premises With permission from the office and at tenant’s expense, additional flood lights and security systems may be installed.

When are rents increases and how much?
Rent increases occur once a year in May and varies from year to year.

Are these apartments subsidized?
No, Eagle Ridge is privately owned and does not qualify for section eight or other programs.

What is the turn over rate?
Although we have some of our older tenants move into nursing homes or leave for other reasons. We have many tenants who have been at Eagle Ridge for 10, 20 and 30 years.
